Hania
Le Thi

I like figuring out what makes people pay attention, and what makes them stay.

I’ve always been interested in what makes people choose one thing over another. Marketing gives me a way to understand those choices and turn what I learn into clearer messages, better experiences and stronger decisions.

Work I’ve delivered.
Ideas I’ve developed.

Professional work shows what I have delivered in-role. Independent work gives me room to explore an observation and develop it into a strategic point of view.

Here’s a bit of a “background check”

Vietnamese roots.
Born in Poland.
Now in London.

I was born and raised in Poland in a Vietnamese family. Amsterdam took me into media and digital culture; Bristol added management and marketing; London is where I’m now building my career.

Each move took me beyond what was familiar. It taught me to adapt quickly, embrace different cultures, stay curious and keep learning, especially outside my comfort zone.

Languages

Three languages.
Three cultural perspectives.

Speaking Polish, Vietnamese and English also means understanding different social cues, tones and contexts. It helps me adjust how I listen, communicate and connect with people.

How I thinkSmall signals, bigger picture

I’m interested in the tiny behaviours that explain the bigger picture.

I don’t treat a number as the answer. I use it as a clue: check the context, listen to the people closest to it and decide what is worth changing next.

Identify the behaviour or result that deserves a closer look.

I like the thinking part, but I’m also used to being the person who has to make it happen: building the campaign, writing the message, testing it, tracking it and iterating from the result.

HotUKDeals was already a large, established channel. I worked on its day-to-day Facebook content: selecting opportunities, shaping the post, publishing it and learning from the response. Atolls · Facebook broadcasts Community + copywriting

One channel became six.
40K+ members followed.

I started with one broad broadcast channel and helped scale it into six interest-led communities. Each one was shaped around what its members cared about, so the subject, timing and message stayed relevant to that audience.

Copywriting samples

Every message had a job to do.

From the opening line to the CTA, the copy was adjusted to the channel, the deal and the response I wanted to invite.

01Data-led selection

The Real Time Trending Threads dashboard, developed with the data science team, ranked and categorised deals using live performance signals such as unique click-outs. I used it to choose what was worth sending, so selection was informed by data rather than guesswork.

02Community value

Make each broadcast feel worth opening: a curated selection of the best, most relevant picks for that community, not a stream of every available deal.

03Tone

Use language that feels human, specific and natural to the interest group receiving it.

04CTA + engagement

Make the next step obvious, then use reactions, questions or polls when participation adds something.
